The Director of the Equal Opportunity Compliance serves as the University's Title IX Coordinator and assists with the prevention of and response to incidents of gender discrimination, including sexual harassment and assault. Students, faculty and staff can connect with the Title IX Coordinator for information on options for reporting if they or someone they know has been subject to harassment or discrimination. The Title IX Coordinator can also connect students, faculty, and staff with University resources to assist them.
The Conduct Office handles violations of the student code of conduct using education and restorative practices to help students with the process. We also offer mediation services to help students better manage conflict.
The focus of the Ombudsman's work is: diversity, equity, access, and inclusion. Any member of the University community may request our assistance. Through personal dialogue, mediation, and collaboration, we build relationships, solve problems, resolve conflicts, and foster an inclusive, welcoming community.
For undergraduate students, Residential Life is responsible for providing a comprehensive on-campus residential experience which includes: safe, clean, up-to-date living environments; student- and professional-staff who offer support and resource referral to assist with the transition to living on campus; and social and educational opportunities designed to strengthen residence hall communities.
The International Student Services Office provides immigration and related support services for the University's international population and the divisions and departments that sponsor them. Our staff offers support through immigration advising, cross-cultural counseling, advocacy, and programming. We aim to help individuals in reaching their educational and professional goals, while maintaining compliance for the University.
